Melanie has been an Instructor for spinal (both neck and lower back) stabilization and spinal care classes, weight training, aerobics, and several other fitness courses starting in 1982.

She became a Certified BodyTalk instructor in 2002. BodyTalk uses neuromuscular feedback and a protocol to balance the body-mind complex.
